He has the MK46 which is special to Thunder. That weapon is amazing. It wouldn't make sense for him to have the K121 too, but it would be nicer than the Stark and make more sense for him. And yes he has the same set as Fragger because they are split from the same father, Dazzler. The weapons on Thunder are not higher damage. Timik and M4 do the same damage with a dps difference that makes no difference, The K121 and the MK46 also have similar DPS which again makes little difference. The BR-16 has more DPS than the Stark. The BR-16 is considered the better burst rifle over the Stark.

That all said, what kind of fix is there to get rid of the Stark on Thunder? The choices are, give him 2 unique guns by making a new one, which won't happen, give him Fragger's K121, which also probably won't happen because that's his unique gun, give him an M4, which is kind lame since he has a Timik already, or give him a shotgun which is a massive downgrade. The likely scenario is that they will never remove the Stark.

Im around the same amount of credits. I've only played 100 or so hours and have Vaseline, proxxi, and sawbonez. What's my next merc? I love Thunder to death and his flashbangs are super useful, even after the update that changed/nerfed them a bit. Do I switch him out for Vasili in my middle slot, or go for a different assault than thunder? Right now, using Proxy as my assault, isn't working quite how I want it to.

The biggest problem with the Dreiss is recovering from aimpunch. If you get the first shot even against decent players, you have a good chance of winning. Pariah used it effectively in the last cup against fX.

I think it's funny that people think this is some sort of act of defiance. Oh no, I only got 18,454 points instead of 18,679 points. Tapping out after you lose a fight only makes you look weak and notably upset.

Every time someone taps out after I beat them, I'm thankful to be honest. I don't have to waste bullets or time to finish them. It has even saved me before when someone comes around to surprise me. If I had to spend the time to finish the downed player, that other person might have had a chance to kill me. Someone tapping out after I beat them even gives me some satisfaction. It's visible butthurt. Their apparent frustration is just adding to my victory over them if they tap out right after.

The only time tapping out after you've been bested can be seen as a victory, is if they go to knife you, you tap out, cause them to wiff and then they immediately get killed by your teammates. Then it feels like you baited them. That doesn't happen often, and a big reason why I just finish people with bullets.

That's why I specified after losing a fight. Tapping out is fine, I do it a lot for the same reasons, to change class, to avoid getting long spawned, to avoid some dumb medic about to rez me into a situation where I will die right away, to stop a lowbie from picking me up in the middle of a fire fight.

There are plenty of reasons to tap out. But tapping out right as you lose a fight looks like you're upset whether you are or not. It's a safe assumption that the person tapping out right as you beat them is frustrated.

What I've learned from playing against people who pug every and people who play in tournaments is that, HP matters more than speed since at that level no matter how fast you are, people won't have much trouble tracking you, and that burst rifles are poorly balanced and too powerful. Learning those things made me realize how weak Proxy and Phoenix are, and how situational and bad Rhino and Phantom are. The rest of the mercs and weapons are all decently balanced. They are either sidegrades to each other, slightly stronger/weaker to a point where it's not that bad, or situationally effective in a good way.

Most of the guns in this game are balanced pretty nicely. If you remove burst rifles from the game, the rest are mostly around the same level with minor strengths and weaknesses. The weapons that are notably weak are the Dreiss and Hochfir. The Hochfir because it doesn't hit as hard as other smgs and the Dreiss because it suffers horribly from aimpunch and spread. Burst rifles either need a slight nerf to how fast you can fire each burst, or need to be limited to Fire Support mercs and be removed from Fragger and Thunder.

It's a good card. I'd keep it. No2 doesn't matter as much anymore. No2 was so good before because you could jump rev to land and fire. That doesn't really work well anymore. The spread you get upon landing is huge.

As Rhino you'll want to use all your weapons, and this is good because Quick Draw helps that a lot. Jump around walls and jump back and forth when using the Hollunds. Normally that's a bad idea, but Rhino is so big and he has a shotgun, so it helps him. Against burst rifle users especially this is good for. When you notice someone has a burst rifle, don't use your minigun, it's just asking to be put down fast. Don't forget to move back and forth even with the minigun out.

Based on the mercs you like, I'd go for Stoker. He has a card for each weapon that has Drilled and he also has a nice M4 card, M55, that has Tough, Unshakeable, and Quick Draw. He also has a Timik card, T91, that has Unshakeable, Bomb Squad and Focus.

Credit booster is pretty shit yes. The triple credit weekend with the credit booster however was amazing. Without doing missions, you'd get up to 3000 credits per stop watch game. Almost always 1000 credits per objective game. I made like 60k plus in one day with missions included.

I run into a lot of them recently. Accounts that have nothing but Dirty Bomb on them. I ran into a jumping Fletcher smurf earlier that complained the whole time about me and this other guy killing him. Ran into a Proxy smurf last game that whined the whole time at his team for being shit despite being shit himself.

I've started to realize why high level players create smurf accounts. Part of it could be the benefit of the new early level golds and level up rewards, part of it could be ranked to get more games, but most of what I see is a way to complain, whine and bitch at everyone without anyone knowing who it is. After all it's a small community, so most people who are higher level know each other.

I was missing Kills 3 badge which is 50 kills in a round.
