You're probably thinking of the modkit which they released last year, but it's really limited. Sadly they've said that's all we're getting and they have no plans to release the redkit. I agree it would be great to have actual proper mod support, Skyrim proves how much people love that stuff, but I guess they wanted to focus on the DLCs and patches or something.

I am at the end of NG having done everything and HoS on DM but everyone keeps saying NG+ is the real way to play because of "muh difficulty" or some shit but I can't stand having to play through the ENTIRE game again just to experience BnW in NG+. Can I just safely skip pretty much 90% of the sidequests besides the important ones like the crafting/schematics/character arcs and blitz the game to the end?
