The two new ones from the Kuja event are very good. I'm not a fan of either of the two "physical" ones though.
I'd also recommend NOT using Dark Zone without Memento Mori, it only really shines when you use the combo since otherwise it's just Darkra split into 2 hits.

Having your wall on Yshtola is a shit idea if you don't have a non-healer medica (Ramza or Yuffie, later Josef) or don't run 2 White Mages.
So you really want to go for Tyro's Wall.

If calculations are correct, anyone pulling for Gabranth will be getting 120 mythril from events alone (including his) when the banners arrive. Plus, 90+ from daily login, as well as miscellaneous things like orb fest and dungeons.

Though, one can count to lose mythril on the BSB banners and 50 or 75 mythril for the 3 Nightmare banners until the XII event, as well as other general uses. Conversely, there's always gems.

It's just 20 seconds plus an extra second per 40 MND or so. Not an especially big deal, but it'd be nice to have the RW at at least 200 MND so that the Haste time meets or beats the ATK boost time.
It isn't make or break at all if you have it natively, I'd say it's worth it for not having to use it as an RW. And it's not like the RW needs any other stats or anything.

Ramza gets the other instant SB RM to use Tailwind at the start of battle for protect and refreshing as needed.

Celes is out of place without Runic. Magic shield? Who gives a fuck. Find someone with a relevant SB or ability set.

Bartz, drop the shared Shellga, waste of time. Bring Wind Slash to r5 and Steal Power to r3 (the latter is lower priority than r5 WS if you don't have orbs, don't worry about getting them).

The most important element you are missing is Haste. Celes or other relevant SB should carry Haste and use that throughout the battle. 10 uses is sufficient.
