Viper is good on Wugushi for the fact that wugushi attacks don't crit. So physical damage < elemetal damage.
Where elemental damage is usually balanced around the fact that they do not get amplified by crit.

You need to calculate.
It's usually not good at early levels
But the higher level you go that +1% per attribute starts adding up.

At level 100 you'd want at least 25 lvls of your main damaging skill.
At 150 50% if you have the cash.

Ive got all zones explored sub 260 zones.

I could do some monster kill achievements, i stopped doing them around 240 when they started getting inconvenient.

It was a test really. 248 is how far i managed to go, doing no card saving memes, no grinding memes, just playing.

the issue is that warlock is better since dark theurge is better than flesh hoop.

If you take necro do it to 'be a necromancer', and plan to take rank3 at 8, and make skeletons and lovecraftian dildo towers and such.
