I have a simalar issue from time to time, I assumed it was me overloading how many textures and shit skyrim/my computer has to handle so it "drops" some. When I load when this happens it seems to stay the same but if I restart my skyrim it seems to fix most of the time or change which textures get "dropped"

It's a legitimate technical problem. Sometimes when there isn't enough VRAM to hold all the textures some of them show up entirely black. At least in Skyrim, I'm not sure if it happened in Morrowind or Oblivion.

Either way I never have that problem because when I do play Skyrim I don't go past 1K textures. Then again I game on toasters.

The problem is, whenever I have the bikini equipped, if I try to equip the thong, it unequips the bikini. If I equip the bikini again, it unequips the thong. So my option is to go bare bottomed, or bare topped.

So moving one step closer to this door causes a CTD, I tried loading the game with nothing but Vigilant and the mod requirements but it's the same deal

I used tfc 1 to look ahead and entering the CTD area in that command doesn't cause me to crash, anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

I've only played Oblivion and Skyrim so don't know/don't remember if it was something made up on the fly for Dawnguard or existed a long time in the lore, but the Soul Cairn is where most, if not all souls used for enchantments go (for the last 1000 years or something, to do with the daedra who first made black soul gems, that are illegal to own/use in lore, and are corruptions of regular ones) after the soul gem breaks. All the human ones anyway. It's not so horrific for a plane of Oblivion but not pleasant either.

We know a fair bit about the Synod and to a lesser extent the College of Whispers. They're the two organisations the Mage's Guild split into after the Oblivion Crisis; The Mage's Guild proper no longer exists.

The Synod, as far as we know, have very little magical skill or learning, but instead horde magical artifacts. What knowledge of magic they do have pretty much encompasses enchanting as far as we know. The College of Whispers we know less about, but we do know that they are Daedra summoners. The two organisations are rivals and are presented as being very poor shadows of the former Mage's Guild.

Mysticism magic still exists, it's just been reclassified as Alteration. It's a side effect of the degeneration of magical learning.
