Iirc Halloween collection contains some hair mods(which are all included in HEXAOC by now), spooky music and Backgrounds and possibly UI.
If all you want is the hat - just get HEXAOC.
There's no witch outfit per se but you can use a dress texture found in hardlinker or just get creative with the outfits colors.

This gave me an idea:
Instead of the maker may marathon (in which a grand total of 3 people would participate) we should compile color coded classes - 4 in total.
So for example:
1st week of May - girls featuring something Red
2nd week - Green
3rd week - Blue
4th week - Purple or anything else or even something like "vibrant colors everytwhere"
Or in any other order. If people start making cards I can even do the compilation, complete with classes and a template.

1. I replaced a 1000W NZXT PSU thinking it was dying with a reputable 850W with promising reviews.
2. Replaced a GTX 670 thinking GPU was messing things up with a GTX 980ti. Still shuts down.
3. Memtest+. All pass. Ordered new sticks anyway.
4. Check CPU/GPU/mobo overheating... none ever reach close to 50C. Ordered h110i cooler anyway.
5. Reapply fresh thermal paste anyway.
6. Check for loose cables and RAM. All secure.
7. Reinstall AA2. Still shuts down.
8. Check for bloated capacitors on mobo. Found nothing.
9. Virus scan, defrag, disk clean, fucking everything! System all clean.
10. Reinstall AA2. Still shuts down.

At this point should I just trash everything and buy a new PC? I think my mobo is pretty shit but I wasn't able to google search anyone with mobos causing random system shutdowns during gaming (90% of the time PSU related)

Those crashes are usually due to missing male clothing mods (or other male mods, not sure). Try installing every male clothing mod (start with blazers) and see if it still breaks. Alternatively you can try breaking you cards folder into chunks of 25 and then random add them in your class to see which chunk crashes. Then install all the mods that card requires.
It's a pain in the ass to fix sadly.
