ALeilan is not that much of a huge downgrade one might expect over LLeilan on ShivaD teams. Damage does go down a small amount, but you gain an extra skill boost, skill bind resist, +1 haste skill, and a finger. Also some RCV loss in favor of HP. Depending on your needs you could go either way.
