Halloween's not generally a main target of mine, but it does get nice outfits sometimes.

I like it when they go with the dressing up aspect and get creative, not so much when it's just generic pumpkins everywhere.

Sakura is one hit, Miki is a bunch.

I don't know how long Sakura's one hit stays around for, it may still be able to take out more than one wave. I know Onsen Kokomi can, at least.

But Miki still wins for wave clearing.

Sakura wins on stats and friend skill, though, so it makes sense for her to have her overall rating better.

Was played a very long time ago here. Remember the main complaint was that the game had no content, you just had one story mode with 5 stages that you just run again and again on harder difficulties. Not sure if they've expanded on it though

if you're only interested in generic cute lolis, pass. Kimono, idol outfits, and other costume collabs are special gatcha only, Tales is known for a sizable fujoshi following so it's got a 50:50 of cute grills and handsome dudes. Gameplay relies on RNG more than I'd like, and there's kind of a p2w ceiling because you WILL feel the lack of strength/ability to clear mania/heaven or hell level content if you don't get lucky rolls.

That said beginner summon is still going on (30 stones for 10 rolls instead of the usual 50, and you're guaranteed one 5*), global version is showering players with stones. If you wanna just give it a shot/take a look, now's the time.

after dozens of tries, i finally conquered this nightmare. Just one hit or mistimed flight means failure with this boss

I tried to fight him and got my ass handed. Hard. I have heard that you can beat him with a moderate difficulty by using 4 Tomberry Companions (I only have 3). After all, all the damage that the Dragon and some of the mobs of the event is fixed damage. Not-Patria to mention the evil moving trap that deals 3000 of fixed damage.

The most difficult phase comes around the 50% HP phase. The Dragon goes haywire and starts using Trash, All that deals 9999 damage to everyone.

I finally got slot 6 unlocked in Panzer Waifus and I'm checking out the R&D for what to build and I have some questions.
Do equipment slots matter? All Purple seem to have 5 but gold tanks range from 6-8 total slots. Should I avoid 6-slot units or do they get raw stats to compensate so it's still ok to build them?
How hard is it to obtain/advance off-slot gear(for example turret armors)? Do higher level missions have them drop at a better rates or you'll have to slowly farm it up?

Depends on the role that you want them to perform, for example external slots mean you can mount armrest for extra infantry, more internal means more binoculars for scouting and you can mount almost everything in special but the equipment is rare even with BWMG.
Another example is using medium tanks with high amount of external slots to perform the role of scout instead of LT by giving it binoculars.
Raw stats usually does not matter as much as its munition selection and amount of slots. That's why tanks like ATG Archer with 8 slots and high accuracy is highly desirable.
As for equipments just make them in BWMG using the right attire such as HT attire when crafting armour and once you pass 18 you can trade corns and dog tags for BWMG resources as well.

As far as I could tell there is no difference in drop-rate, so you can farm lower levels.
But as the other anons already said, you can craft equip in the BWMG later on. But that might take a while, as BWMG is quite pricey.

They are cool, but they have a hefty EXP curve, not to mention that the skills slots won't be unlocked until much later on the story.

My advice is that you aim for an SS mage, or a nice unit like A'merpact. An AoE magic user should suffice.

So, VA has dungeon times linked to phone time(zone) it seems. I waited for the day counter to rollover to new daily dungeon, and it still displayed the same, Friday, and you can't enter. However, it's Saturday in nipnog land. I switched my time to Tokyo timezone, and I couldn't connect to the game. Changing back to network timezone, (EST) I was able to connect as usual.

Anyone played a mobage that has something similar? What was the workaround if any?

So it was just announced that Phantom of the Kill will be released gobally in May.
It's a Fire Emblem-esque game with some extras compared to the jap version. In the global version they also added male "Killer Princes", so it's not an all female cast anymore.

it has got a lot better. The stage for EXP grinding is 34-10 which is only a Battle against a boss, and you get 400k minimum, plus a Metal Minion^ for your efforts. One of the best units the update has to offer actually, seeing what a huge fucking deal tap-buffs/-debuffs appear to be now. I was kinda salty about not rolling Sayu yet, but just looking at how tap-skills seem mandatory for these fucking dragon events or how they're a huge help to absolutely wreck Proto when Proto-farming, I'd almost consider her and a few others more desirable rolls than the pure damage mages. Until those somehow become mandatory for the next two dragons, I guess...

Other than that, grind is still kinda strong for high classed units from L70+. 34-10 has become a decent alternative to 20-1 though, even more so with a buffer-unit and even MORE so once the final dragon descend will hit, as that one drops a +100% EXP otomo. Seems the sixth mission slot also has a g-corn mission. Level 65 recommended. As I was refreshing missions, don't think I saw any mission with a level higher than 70.

I really should splurge my g-corn more as I've got 400 at this point. Also I really wouldn't recommend the petrol boost before levelup trick. It's just 3 g-corn worth of petrol.

Then again I just hoard my gold personally. The most efficient and irreplaceable use is long as fuck building upgrade times, but spending that much gold at once feels painful.

Proto Dragon is going to be obnoxious as shit to farm if his only gimmick counter is tap buffs/debuffs. With as thick as his defenses and health pool seem to be, I'm not sure if attack tap alone is enough to get past the thrash phase. With regen and CT+ chain, Palpa ^ is at least a decent Gegonago ^ substitute, but I imagine there are going to be people regretting her recode after they still get stomped by thrash. So far seems like running at least 4 tonberries is about the only reliable way, since defense capsules and evasive arts don't do anything.

Most boss mechanics can be dealt with if you move and position yourself well. If you take thrash out of the equation, even Proto Dragon can be dealt with by killing the adds, moving out of the telegraphs and the absorb, and avoiding the trap blades. TB is really forgiving in terms of player comp, outside of a few events that sometimes require something more specific.

Not to mention that SB training means you can remove characters from the gacha outright - while that may be grind grind grind on the grand scale, you also work towards it just by playing the game. SS mages, for instance, can pretty naturally hit 100% in the course of playing.

- Roll the first group for Yuri, Nozomi, and Kurumi

3 stars are fine if you just want stats, but you really should be looking at the skills they give.

You can see sub skills by holding down on a weapon and seeing if there's a skill under the active skill.

Status ailments make a huge difference in later boss fights, and they all seem really useful.

Poison seems to do a decent percentage over a couple turns, and later bosses have a ton of HP.
Paralysis has a chance of making a boss lose its turn for a couple turns.
Petrify makes them unable to do anything.
Darkness makes the boss do a lot less damage.

Are any of the skills for the new cards in BGHS any good? The friendship skills sure look awful, so I'm hesitant to roll at all. With the friendship skills, they apply to the unit's weapon types when fully upgraded, which makes sense, but it's still very limiting, and the stat bonuses are pretty bad.

Alright, I'm not sure which 6* bow it is, but one of them has a powerful ass tornado. Some of the lenneths I've been picking have it. It just looks like a plain old bow on her model. It's not highlighted on either Gacha

I forgot how annoying Puzzle Quest was the first time around. It's bad enough you have to deal with color RNG, but the least they could do is drop the damn otomo if you manage to kill the boss. I just want one for collection.

It's annoying enough they're bringing it back NOW of all times and that it's still not permanent. It's a good thing they reduced the damn stamina on those quests (although I remember 50% off was mentioned, not just 25%) to make them actually somewhat wortwhile, but it's a pretty safe bet that most veteran players are too busy with leveling their buffers/other new rolls and farming the Dragon and/or Proto to give a fuck.

Other than that, I can somewhat see why the otomo drop rate only is around 50% (?) or so. I still consider the harder quest too much of a bother, but the easier one is pretty hard to fuck up and would grant a guaranteed 75k metal buddy for 15 stamina, which would kind of invalidate the 50k one you get for killing Proto at 24 stamina (granted, ignoring all the exp you can get there as well). And it's not like s/l doesn't work in Puzzle Quest to still manipulate the drop appearing almost 100% of the time.

I'm just trying to get one drop from the hard one. Like you said, since the boss spawns after a few turns, it randomizes his seed every time to eventually get the drop. The problem is, RNG keeps fucking me over and I can only manage a kill about once out of ever 4-5 tries. Been going at it for about 45 minutes without any drop, though it's only been 4 kills so far. Once I finally manage it I don't think I'll ever touch Puzzle Quest again. It's just too infuriating and the rewards are really not worth it.

Also it seems the new gacha's gear is all lightning themed since the enemies in the event are weak to lightning and strong to ice. I dunno if I should pull from that to get the girl easier to the normal one for that bow I want

It's basically this games version of PVP.
You make a team.
They go out and fight other players teams.
They come back and you get ranking points.

You need special items to do it though, that you can find searching on maps.
