Nope. Ryuu-Rouge used to sub all the Level-5 anime but by the time the last season of Inazuma Eleven GO was finishing up they just kinda disappeared from the subbing scene for one reason or another.

did a quick search and the info came from Bloominoko doing some background lore about Swelterrier for that fic about the fire dog being comfy around tsubakihime, making ice girl jealous. Gonna repost it:

Okay so I'm still working on that Swelterrier fic and I have an idea for his backstory but I don't want to make the fic too long.

It's basically about how after Swelterrier as a normal dog had died in the cold, he became a pupsicle. After that he wandered around in the youkai world lost until Frostina finds him. Since she is cold as well, they huddle for warmth and after they part ways she gives him her cloak as a gift. Then he wanders into the heat sect(hooligan road or infinite inferno?) and the cloak makes him warm and from there he evolves.

It's not really important to the story but it was just an idea I came up with.

This brings up a good question i guess, what's the best way to grind ymoney? Does Bloominoko's soultimate really help get more ymoney and are books worth spending on it to level up?

If you get to the endgame, Mckracken is a pretty good place to grind money since you can keep killing his tentacles.
Or if you got a strong enough team, Dr. Maddiman can do it too. You can let him heal when he's low on HP to prolong battle and increase your score.

McKracken sounds like he'd be more tough to do it with, but it's true that i notice i get a huge amount of xp from fighting him, i'm guessing ymoney is the same.

Not sure how Dr. Maddiman is about that though, but McKracken is a real pain to fight, like it's a challenge even beating him with your best team. Might be worth it to actually beat Maddiman.

I still dont notice much of a change with Bloominoko's soultimate personally, not sure if it even does anything but it's only level 1.

I wonder if it'd be worth spending the books to use it. Since ymoney and experience looks proportional to your final score of the match it seems like they'd be just as well or better spent leveling up the legendaries and ones with damaging soultimates. I'm sitting on 4 books but i know how valuable they are since books arent for sale in the shop and supplies are limited. Unless you can unlock them via some secret method which i havent seen.

You have a rate chance to obtain them from the crankakais in wib wob too.
If just focus on maxing out soultimate for strongest damage dealers, since as far as I know, damage = Score. The higher the better. Specific yokai include item fusion ones or legendary.

And yeah, i'm thinking of trying to leveling Bloominoko's soultimate by leveling up other Nokos, as rare as they are. The books just look like they're better spent on other youkai with damaging soultimates. Cause yeah leveling the soultimate with more Nokos is a huge grind but still something you can grind nonetheless.

Anyway, my brother (4) is getting super into this franchise. He watches the anime on Netflix (they only have certain episodes though) and bought the plastic watch thing.

The anime seems super silly. Like, aimed at 3-8 year olds silly. I am getting fond of some of the Yokai though. Anyway, my brother is getting frustrated that not all of the Yokai are available for his watch thing and not all of them appear in the show.

Now, I don't know how this franchise works, but it was a game FIRST right? So if I buy him the 3DS game when he gets a bit better at reading, he'll be able to encounter all the Yokai that made it over to the states right?

Also, what is the game play like at all? I know it is by the Layton people. Is it just walking around clicking stuff?

YW1 should have a good number of yokai encountered on TV (though I think 2 make an early appearance than the first game). It should be enough to satisfy him...until the anime decides to release their second season later this summer.

The anime is comedy based and it's pretty much what helped it become popular in Japan. The Yo-kai are kind of random though.
They toys and medals are coming out in waves so if he can't find his favorite now then maybe in that upcoming second wave will be one he likes.

Gameplay is basically you coaching your friends through matches. You pinpoint who they should attack first, you decide when they use their specials, you rotate them out constantly to cure their debuffs and have your healers restore HP.
It's largely about team positioning and timing.
Outside of battles you explore a huge city overworld nd you solve problems created by yo-kai by either defeating them or befriending another yo-kai that can solve that problem.
The demo did a poor job of explaining because it gave you 6 monsters you knew nothing about who always had their special meters full, healed them between every match, wouldnt let you befriend yokai, etc. Most people who jumped right into the game liked it whereas those who tried the demo were put off

The game did average but the whole "POKEMON KILLER" clickbait kind of hurt ales. Since then, the anime has been doing nicely and the toys are selling fast as fuck. I wanted a poster from Walmart and there was hardly anything left because they go so quickly.

We'll be getting the second game at some point. The creator said it "wouldn't take as long as the first game" so we're riding on that.

Kids love it regardless of the drama so they'll probably keep it going.

Combatwise it's pretty simple. Pic related wraps it up, though it can get pretty hectic later on, especially in boss battles.
Essentially you explore the town the MC lives in, trying to live your summer vacation, but yokai keep screwing around with that. Some quests, a plot, and it's an RPG.

I believe you have ot get to a certain point in the game before you can implement passwords.

Unlike LBX, you don't get to see a list of passwords you've already put in.

There is a huge list of passwords and stuff in OP's google doc about the game. You can look there to find out how to spell the password, but try not to use them all in one sitting, else you'll probably end up breaking the game with OP items/yokai.

If you're trying to implement Bounty yokai passwords, they'll only give you a few words to make up the full thing. The idea is that you get friends to play the game, get the other part of the password, and collaborate to organize the letters into something that works.
However, the entire password list for bounty has been leaked, so you can just go there and use the list to get the rewards.
