She never seemed particularly powerful herself. Her illusion was in charge of a covenant which allowed for healing miracles and that was all she really had.
She always struck me as more of an Aphrodite, a goddess of fertility *cough cough* and love. Not very useful to a demonic monster of murder, and Rosaria's rebirth stuff is like a twisted version of fertility.

In fact, if her fertility theme has been twisted, it would explain why her bazongas are smaller. No more fertility, no more jugs.

I've held onto the small crossbow that you get as a common drop early in the game. I ended up using it so much for luring out enemies that I started to upgrade it. Then I just stocked up on standard and heavy bolts that I just spammed these dragons to death.

Honestly, the crossbow made the game so much easier for me. I even upgraed it to +10 and use it in pvp--no one expects a crossbow bolt to the face when they're charging you. It stops them right in their tracks. It's funny when I use it against katanafags who try to do their stance, thinking they can parry my next attack.

NEW FIND, MAYBE:

The 2kat's, when Hollow Infused don't get their base scaling killed, infact it get's slightly made better.

This means at +10 you'll have a dual katana that has C STR, C DEX and C+?? LCK scaling that has bleed and is buffable.

Because it's Hollow, it'll also give +5 free points to luck. Have a Hollow parry shield in left hand, and that's +10.

That means you can go 30 LCK instead of 40.

25+/25+/30 Build might be viable here.

I assume when the rush of people slows down there will be times when a host can only get mound maker assistance. You can then use soapstone to act as a white phantom. You can choose to kill the host eventually or hope he's a scrub and tries to summon another phantom that you then kill.

Or you can invade and basically just be a purple red.

Is there an AI enemy that would be good for practicing parries on? Every time I've tried to parry those hollows outside of the shrine it almost never seems to work and the timing required isn't clear to me. The parry only connected exactly once with a spear hollow and I could not tell exactly what I did right.

You need to add the Red Hilted Halberd to SSS or S. That weapon has great damage, great shield break, a decent running attack, and fucking insane tracking.

You can overlevel and never see a summon sign again. There's also a point where you are too powerful and everything is trivialized.

Most people never leave NG and move on to NG+. They feel killing harder bosses is worthless and just want to focus on their level range for the covenant of choice and do PvP instead.

I've done the whole keep leveling thing and keep moving into NG+'s it gets really boring and slowly but surely every summon sign disappears because you've out leveled everyone. You'll also never get invasions or be able to invade. It's best to just beat the game first time through then begin making characters for low-mid level PvP. Trust me when I say High level PvP (90+) gets cancerous very quickly.
