As someone who raided as Moonkin on Nost, I can't wait to come and play Moonkin here as well, but I have to correct you.
Moonkins are far better then elemental Shaman in TBC. +Hit for melee and ranged on improved FF and +5% spell crit compared to 3% which isn't mobile. On top of that, threat can be an issue if RNG goes crazy on ele Shaman while Moonkin is steady.
