It's set sometime in the Taisho era (1912–26) and surrounds a university-age boy from the country side who comes to Tokyo to attend Tokyo Imperial University. He could see ghosts from a young age and carries a sword passed down in his family that carries a power he's unaware of. He gets caught up with the military and discovers they're using the undead to create an invincible army and that his powers are particularly useful to them. He also begins to discover just to what extent Japan is up to in terms of plans for the rest of Asia and eventually the world. What direction it goes in depends on what route you take: follow, rebel, stay the fuck away, etc.

There's a lot of political involvement of Japan's atrocities at the time, the imperial family, Japanese ultranationalism, etc.

Anything in particular you'd like to know? There's kind of a lot going on.

I assume you mean 朽ちゆく花. It takes place I assume around 10 years after the main story, around the fan disk's time, and it's about Kyoichiro and Senge heading out on a naval mission. As they gaze into the sea, exchanging sweet nothings with Kyoichiro huddled into Senge's cape, Kyoichiro thinks to himself about Senge's state. By that point, Senge speaks with a light, joyful tone and laughs and smiles innocently in Kyoichiro's presence. He talks about how Senge's curse is finally winning over him, how he's in pain every night, hallucinating, slowly dying, that there's nothing Kyoichiro can do for him anymore and yet Senge still smiles and keeps him close, as if he's forgotten what's happening to him. Kyoichiro curses the world and wishes for the power of the gods, saying he doesn't care what lines he crosses anymore if it's for Senge's sake.

What I like about Senge's route is how much Kyoichiro changes as well as Senge. He changes a lot in Shigure's too but Senge's is particularly remarkable.

SRX anime chara design looks like noodlepeople

Looks like I might have to get SRX and try to complete it before the anime starts. I've just bought Clock Zero because I was expecting an anime announcement to happen at AnimeJapan.

Has anyone found that team arrangement in YumeCast, like grouping type versus simply loading up your strongest URs and SRs matters?

I seem to get around the same points.

For the current event I tried the team that racked the most points but it didn't help that much, but when I tried a team with only Music cards it was even worse (because I have only Rs, obviously). In the end I mixed it, putting someone with Music as leader and other 2 for skills.

In the end, if you are filled with URs and SRs for every atribute, then group them together based on that, skills will make the score go crazy.

I never liked Norn9 that much but holy shit it managed to be one of the worst anime I've ever seen, Utapri S3 was shit but at least I could laugh at it's cheesyness and the senpais had nice songs. They managed to make the plotholes even more obvious, and how much Otomate was smoking pot while writing the script.

I know C:R is far better of a game but I have -10 hopes for something decent. Sadly, otome anime always suck.

It's gacha, anon. They'll always be there but it's based on luck, I've been playing everyday since I got my phone fixed and I don't have super lewd cards. Sometimes they give these cards on events, but you gotta stack up lots of points.

For starters it's kind of easy to get gems with a decent team, you just need to make A/S on expert and S with other modes. You can spend actual money too but I never do that with mobage because it's a slippery slope.

Not really BL/otome, but Shikkoku no Sharnoth was pretty tedious to go through when I was a beginner.
I can happily say I have no problems with it now tho.

Otherwise, Yoshiwara Higanbana was pretty demanding in that it required actual knowledge of Edo period customs and stuff. Stuff like 足抜け, 身請け, 年季 etc. It was totally worth it though, the writing had just enough flavor to entertain but not enough to obscure the readability of the text.

I do watch seiyuu events but mostly for anime where there's mostly A-B ones and I rarely see them going that far. Some stuff makes cringe really hard though, last one was Free's event because they were trying so hard to please the fujoshis. I'm working on a vn called Monstrous Lovers, in which the love interests are all based on classic horror movie monsters (there's a vampire, an invisible man, a werwolf and a robot).

Well this is happening, huh.

Played a bit of WoF, passed the prologue and some weeks. The vita version is definitely more clear as I can actually see the small details in the backgrounds and I think they also changed some of the layout in the game, adding more sparkles. The repetitive tasks that used to be done daily can now be selected all at once for an entire week, making the game much more simpler to play. And as expected, the down side is that it still has the old ps2 art, music, and sound.

Also, to address the voice work some people were worried about. Since I'm still in the beginning, the characters have yet to say Lulu's name that often but from what I've noticed, most of the time, the VAs try to sound similar to the older version, but sometimes their voice do sound a bit different so I can see why people complained about their voices fluctuating. Even if they mimic their previous voice of 7 years ago well, the texts with Lulu's name has a contrast in volume where it is slightly increased. Basically it goes from muffled low quality ps2 voice acting to crisp loud new voice acting, occasionally consecutively. This may turn off some people, especially headphone users, but so far its not too bad, for now.
Speaking of Lulu's name, the not important sub characters don't even voice her name. Compared to Clock Zero which was released in a similar time interval, Nadeshiko's name was voiced by everyone, so I find that aspect in WoF a bit disappointing. Oh, and I also find Yui Horie's voice rather high pitched for Lulu even if she stays in character. But fortunately, or unfortunately, she doesn't say much at all, and sometimes it's random.

I assume people would still play WoF for the story and chars even with the flaws. I gotta say, one the best thing about this game for me is Lulu—her positive characteristics and charm still brings a smile to my face.

It was a smaho otoge revived by Kusaka Matsuri (Shingakkou, BaraKi) and Ueda Metawo who both worked on Gore Screaming Show. They released it in both English and Japanese last year, but I only read the prologue because I wasn't interested in buying the routes. This looks like a whole game so I'll definitely be buying it.

The game store reviews from EOPs also were pretty positive though some rated it one star because they claimed it was "too sad" or something. Sasuga Kusaka.
