Grouping is key for both. Since the Chinese invasion it is very hard to pug. It's a losing battle for horde, most serious pvpers roll alliance. Horde has lots of lone wolves. I usually queue with at least a few guildies. When it comes down to horde pugs vs alliance pugs, no questions asked the horde pug will win. The chance of facing an alliance pug is incredibly small though.

I'm a horrible leader, plus don't have the time to devote to it. But I'd join a /nosg/ horde guild that had raiding plans.
I like the guys in SD even with the server hopping, but i need definite raiding - or at least the attempt. They've made fake plans in these threads so many times it's silly.
Anyhow, not everyone has the ability or inclination to "step up" and lead, it's a lot of work and takes an assload of time, not to mention needing a thick skin.

Doesn't matter, it won't be fixed. Been on their tracker for a year. i've read in a few places that none of the nost devs play horde but not sure how truthful that is.
my theory is since it doesn't affect raiding (the totem works) its very backburner, but could also be that they really don't play horde and don't give a fuck.
