Does Spotify not work alongside PS2 games in general or is it just GTA III?

Gotta say the lack of an in-game complete map is by far what I found most awkward about going back to III. I imagine it was less of an issue back then when the game came with a physical map.

Done everything in III now except packages, delivering the requested vehicles and the rampages but not sure if I want to do those and go for the plat or jump onto Vice City.

VC is by far my least played 3D GTA since I never owned it personally like I did SA, IV and V and never got much time with it at friends places like I did with III.

For a few weeks now, my ps4 wouldn't turn on and I'd have to unplug/replug the electric cable, and it would work fine. This happened every other day. I just figured the wire was loose. A few days ago, it wouldn't come on at all, so I bought a new cable. It came in today, and it still won't power on. No lights, or noises. Can someone please help. I purchased the system new from game stop back in May, and was dumb enough to think I wouldn't need the extended warranty.

And now to top it all off they want to spit in the face of people who have supported them. Name one thing they improved on in terms of customer appreciation since last gen, you can't. If this new PS4 does launch both of these need to happen:

1. Give existing PS4 owners a way to upgrade their PS4 through an add-on. Don't just raise up your hands and say you're done with the 40 million install base. Give people the option in a cheap price to upgrade so the total equals the same as what the new PS4 will sell as.

2. Do not make exclusive games to this new system or if both systems can play the new releases, make sure the regular version is a good version. Don't just have the new PS4 get a game at 4k 30fps and leave the regular version of the game as 900p 15fps.

I could very easily buy the new ps4, the nx, and the xbox one right now and still have money left over to buy all three another 2 times. But this has nothing to do with money, it has to do with bad business practice. I expected this ps4 to last 10 years, and it is being phased out in a third of that time frame, I don't want to bother with the ps5 until the ps6 is announced and the ps5 is peanuts because I refuse to be burned again.

The PS4.5 will perform better and I assume they will upscale the games to 4K, this is to trick dumb people to believe the game actually has 4K textures and obviously to sell 4K TVs.
