Damn this DLC has so much customization.

This is my Advanced battle droid. I didn't really field test it, I just built it and sent it to a settlement that is always getting attacked by Raiders no matter how many sentries I put down. May he serve them well.

So is Automatron worth it? For pass holders, would it be worth it if you didn't have the pass?

Also, do robots count as companions or are they like dogmeat in that you can have one along and still be considered "solo" for qualifying perks?

Tip for people that don't know, if you look down your sights, you can activate robot hacking remotely. Turn off/control all those nasty bots from afar.

SPEAKING OF PERKS:

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled fallout 4. Went through everything. I even tried restarting the dlc. I STILL get fucked when I try to complete quests in the DLC that require me to either modify or create a robot.

Namely:
When I try to complete the quest where you have add the radar part to ada:
It doesn't complete the quest.

When I try to complete the quest the requires you to build jezebel:
It builds a random automatron-XXX and not jezebel, even when I'm using the head.

The only thing I can think of is one of my perks is causing a bug. I'm level 107 (yes, that high) and it's gotta be ONE of them.

But which one?
Or maybe it's a few of them working in conjunction?

That's the only explanation I can think of.

I've guess I've been lucky as far as bugs are concerned. All I've done in the DLC that was a bug was accidentally duplicating the deathclaw skull.

What I did was unequip it, and equip a sentry head over and over...it duplicated it.
