I actually really liked Mages in the story. The moment she saw an alternative to revenge, she took it, and then she even had doubts at the very end. Although having everything taken from her a second time made her go full apocalypse villain.

It runs most games at 60fps where it says I don't even meet minimum requirements because the people doing "system requirements" and recommendations don't understand how games work either.
It's different when the game is made for 4 cores or more, such as the new far cry or it's likes, but smaller titles are 99% of the time made for 2 cores max

A duo-core has to run the game on 2 cores but also everything else on your PC
Now, a 5 core can run your windows and what not on 3 cores and the game on 2 cores but that still only gives the game 2 cores of 2,7ghz which is nothing
If your duo-core had, lets say, 4ghz each, its highly unlikely windows and co. would use enough that the game would not run better than on the 5 core
a really powerful quad core is actually the best option since they are very affordable, even at 4ghz per core, and having 8 ghz dedicated CPU for a game and 8ghz dedicated for everything else is a lot better than 5,4ghz dedicated for a game and 8,1ghz dedicated for everything else (5x 2.7 = 13.5. - 4x4.0 = 16.0)

Basically, people tend to fall prey to "more cores is better" which in theory is true, but only to an extent.

Obviously if you had 5 cores at 4 ghz each, that would be better than 4 cores at 4ghz each for total usage but even 100 cores at 4ghz each would not run a game better than a quad core at 4ghz each if the game isn't designed to use more than 2 cores
