Can you explain the appeal of a Quick/crit team to me? Just used Scathach (Professor and Me), Anne & Mary (HF) and Assassin Shiki (Beheading Bunny) in 40 AP EXP daily. It's like a definition of underperformance. I nearly lost Anne & Mary after a bunch of crits. And their crits without class advantage are not nearly as good. At this point I'm sure that only meme team jetfag mentioned (2 Okitas, Lancelot and 3 maxed Twice CEs) can do something (and even that because of 30+ stars every turn).

Gil is low because his NP is way too niche, and even against said niche it doesn't do a lot of damage. A lesser reason would be that Gil was made before the changes to Quick, and skills that increase crit weight lost importance as skills that increase crit damage rose.
Even so, I don't think he deserves to be that low, what with Charisma A+ and still having the 2nd highest ATK of Archers.

Tesla is low because he too has a NP that isn't very strong and targets only a niche. In addition, his power-up skill requires a RNG check.
This would not be a problem if the skill was buffed a bit. Imperial Privilege also relies on RNG but because of the numbers it gives in return, it's one of the most powerful skills in the game.

Arjuna is low because, guess what, his NP doesn't do a lot of damage. While it has the chance to insta-kill and said chance is increased against Divine enemies, most of the time Divine enemies are immune to instakill.
That and despite having 3 Arts cards, his NP gain is balls. But at least he's well-served on skills.
