Just preformed my third install. Gotta say the guides have made things much easier, in my day we find the answers with a torch and true grit.

Even though I've done it before, I'll still make a mistake here or there. You can find and download tantoo, and just force the default tans to see if that fixes the problem.
If not you need a fresh "jg203_00_00" file from a clean install, which any kind anon with one can upload.
I recommend you should always have a backup install so you can copy clean files in case something goes wrong.

Iirc it's a part of the tantoo tans. You won't be able to install the regular tans woth the wizzard though, you'd have to convert them to tantoo format (which is pretty easy)
She needs lower eye position and less head length. Overall go more for uguu~ anime look than realistic one, since realistic characters suck ass, especially in this game.
Personally I don't like those bottom eyelashes, she might be better off without them.
Those hair extensions rarely work and back hair don't fit at all. /constructive criticism
