has anyone actually increased their rating over a weekend?
back in dota i followed the rules Monday - Thursday only for ranked games.
For hots ive always played it as if it was solitaire I don't really care, but i started playing only ranked since wednesday, sure enough until thursday I was smashing cunts, getting nice big 110 wins, skip to yesterday/today i get teammates that just dive head first into a team and die, I get healers that only heal the person furthest from the fight or don't come to fights and i get tanks that cant initiate.

and even if.. even if I win I get 75-90 points. I feel i literally need 4 more of me, I can play any role but whatever i play is let down by the others. even duo queue doesnt help.

This game is literally based on who has the worst player not the best and because of that you cant go up without a team that can play its roles.

I don't actually get it, I'm not saying I'm a top tier player going pro next week but there are times when I don't actually know who someone can be so fucking retarded.

my last game actually had a greymane who rushed into their team every fight got 1 kill and died. I ask him, can you stop doing that its not worth it, he starts raging. It happened again and i at this point was in "gg its over mode" I say srsly why and his respond.. his fucking response "not my fault someone was in my room" at this point I know im playing a kids game, I mean the monkey was clear already but god dam. New player here. Just had one of my closest matches yet. My team was pure garbage. I'm pretty sure they were Brazilians. We even had a level 40 who wasn't helping for shit with objectives. It was Chen. We were down for most of the game, but we had so many opportunities to come back because the other team also sucked at attacking objectives. It was both a frustrating and fun game, even though we lost.

I know I didn't play that well, but whatever, this is my third day playing and my 4th game with Xul. I felt like I did OK and I managed to save our ass by clearing lanes multiple times this game when everyone else was dead or fucking off.

I've been playing Tychus this week and he's pretty fun. Topping damage charts almost every game. But when people say he's going to get a rework is it going to be drastic like new skills or will they just make his talents less retarded?
The biggest problem I've had is how you can't cancel his Q. It's really awful when you use it against Illadin or Zul to get around their dodge but then you're stuck there for 5 whole seconds without being able to make use of any of your talents. And of course all his retarded talents make me really hesitate pickin Odin. But even the mining laser is pretty bad because it takes longer to set-up than it does for the enemy to kill it.

I'm learning this hero, and doing acceptably well so far. My only issue is when/where to place his mines, beside the early gank bushes, giving vision to important objectives/camps, and protecting your vanguard hideout
I've also realized I forget to deploy them in the lategame, when teamfights are more frequent

Teleport build isn't inherently a problem as far as damage is concerned, missile build has a higher damage output from safer distance (assuming whoever is playing her is able to land all of her missiles on the same target).
