Evasion, defence and there isn't really anything else defensive in that circle. I am also unable to really pick any strong offensive skills in there, I hear the umbra 250% fail badly.

Unless guardian is a stat trap, 30+ def sounds useful for survival.

My dmg is likely to come from hoplite skills until dragoon, which is why I delayed pelt with alternating hoplite circles.

You either go Squire or you go Templar, take them both and you lose out on endgame.

The way tanking works in ToS is that you either pull masses or not. Tanking as in surviving aggro is only rarely seen in field.
Think about going from rank5 to rank6.
After hitting r6, would you consider going back to Pelt even though you would just be able to max out Guard and High Guard. Go Hop3 or corsair.
Play the game when it comes out and think again once you are at the point when you hit rank4 and are about hit pick Pelt2.
Can you really copy the mindset of tanking from other MMO and apply them 1on1 to ToS even though active tanking itself is discouraged by the game (there are no lategame tanking classes)

You only need Wughusi2 to really do good damage, its up to you if you want Wughusi3 for more damage.

Ranger is only used for the Fan Arrows to hit all the mobs and proc venom, and you never go wrong with Ranger3 (Fan Arrow, Bounce Shot and Spiral Arrow) are good set skills with multi-proc.

Sapper is not good for this build because you look skills with multiple hits to have a good use of the venom.

Th las circle you can go Cannoneer to proc in AoE, Falconner to use Circle, Musketeer to use Covering Fire.

Its up to you what is better choice, because with Ranger and Wughusi you have a solid base, I choose Cannoneer because I like them to waste flying monsters and that AoE.

Was looking at Pardoner's Indulgentia and Decatose in the skill sim, Indulgentia I thought was magic attack and Decatose was physical, but I don't see any stat scaling at all in their formulas. Do the skills just not scale at all?

The only reason why tanks are generally needed is that enemy dps is high enough hybrid CC or offtanks aren't enough to handle it. Or there isn't enough ways to CC a mob off a dedicated dps burster.

I have seen the odd youtube of a 5man run with no tank.... is a C3 tank useful or are we easily replaced with a CC hybrid dps.

The build with Wughusi is to proc Venom not to high damage one enemy, people tends to forget that here.

The rest is autoattacks until refresh the CDs in that time all the mobs are wasted by the venom and the best if you have Blessing/Sacrament/ElementalBuff because add damage to the venom too.

Take guardian and High Guard as an example once you wanna go C3.
You increase Block by 50 and Defence by 10 by wasting 10 skillpoints.

They made magic missile do the replication thing even against targets that aren't asleep and it gets 2 more missiles at max level which also can replicate. Only go linker if you are gonna be single target focused throwing linker randomly into AoE builds isn't as good anymore because they changed how linker interacts with AoE moves.

Spell shop and Simony don't have anything to do with each other. Spellshop lets you sell priest buffs at extremely long durations with a vendor stand while Simony lets you create scrolls to use or sell on the auction house.

The only way to make a Barrier scroll is to go Paladin 3 and take Pardoner as your last rank, but they are useful to Earth Tower teams.

The problem is that people are like "Geez nigger, I am gonna take Doppel 2 and dump 10 point in it, so I can do DOUBLE DAMAGE". Yes, it work, and you would indeed do double damage.

The problem lies on the fact that, in order to charge up stacks for the buff, you have to let monsters hit you. You need to let them hit you 10 fucking times in order to get full benefits.

Usually, at 240+, if you're hit 10 times by a monster, you're pretty close to being dead. Not to mention it takes forever and you're just better not waiting.

Not sure about the skill point distribution on barbarian and fencer. I have a question about fencer skills in particular, from what I've read multi hit skills are desirable and as far as I'm aware flanconnade hits twice while attaque composee only hits once which would make it pretty obsolete since it doesn't do anything else, am I missing something here?

If this were Ragnarok Online things would be different, though. Usually I hang around the PvP room center with friends waiting for randoms to come by so we can jump them. In that case, I could have my buddy hit me 10~15 times with his weakest attacks just to charge up stacks, and then enjoy maybe 40 seconds of +150% damage. But in ToS this just doesn't work, because this sort of arena does not exist and even with someone's help it's not easy/fast/safe to hit someone on purpose just to charge up stacks.
