Litterally this meta is the most constrictive I've seen in the while. Playing anything outside of the standard roster is a crippling decision.

I think all the recent complaining about LeBlanc isn't really even about LeBlanc herself per se.

LeBlanc is bad right now despite actually being buffed recently, not nerfed, because of basically every possible metagame shift and trend working against her. And the trends that have made LeBlanc weak have made other mages that aren't as strong as her that much weaker.

AP itemization is dogshit, Anti AP itemization is stupidly overtuned, AD mids are extremely strong, the game is full of "lane bullies" who are strong at all points of the game when the original point of lane bullies was that they fell off, full damage champions get stupidly tanky with hybrid offence/defence items that are strong on both ends rather than a trade off or compromise, tanks do absurb damage with no damage items without sacrificing any durability, itemizing for magic penetration or for AP-based CDR is way harder while AD items have penetration and CDR in excess, towers are wet as paper yet AP champs still can't push them over making them a liability, and to top it all off the mage update will probably fix none of this while crippling the 6 champs it's meant to help.

People are just complaining LeBlanc is shit because it's a kind of wake up call. Like, "Hey, the arguably single strongest mage is weak right now despite absolutely no direct nerfs, there's a serious problem concerning balance around AP champs right now."

We ultimately decided to re-enable Azir anyway since the movement command can be cancelled, and Azir normally issues a lot of other commands during a fight that'll naturally overwrite it.
