Never done it myself, but my understanding is that you need a carrier in every system where the agent can send you (might be 4-5), and 1-2 high standing characters to decline the missions that are slow. If you aren't blue to the locals they will probably kill you.

all the missions you take have no gates and all you need is instadock bookmarks
You are always aligned and no missions should last more than 2 minutes, some even last 30 seconds.
Don't need links but having some leadership skills help (like infor warfare) and you can do it with 1 pilot, but having 2 is better.
There is only a 15-20 second window where people can scan you down, warp to you and tackle you, for that you need max scanning skills, virtue set, a T3C fit for warping fast and scanning and being good at scanning.
Also on most missions you can't light a direct cyno so even if you do end up getting tackled you should have a few more seconds to attempt to get out.

lowsec alliance fag here, a couple of things

agents send you to missions in the same constellation. some L5 agent constellations have very few systems, so you don't need many carriers. hysera, for example, is the only lowsec system in its constellation, so those gay russians there only need 1 carrier each. it's gay as fuck, the whole thing, but it actually used to be worse - you could get your lowsec level 5 agent spawning missions in highsec. so there was a bunch in hysera that would only accept highsec missions. though obviously you couldn't run them with carriers, which is what breaks the isk per hour and gets you like 500m/hour

another thing I guess is that if you get your mission accepting alt's faction standing high enough, past a certain point, you can decline missions really fast and it doesn't matter or something, so you can make do with just a single alt and get only the good missions

pls whine to get L5 missions nerfed so my alliance m8s stop farming them all day
