No. The problem with this game, someone pointed out before, is that they've been semi-catering to the casual crowd, and with that comes a very casual mentality about the game from the majority of players, and they can't quite grasp the concept of soaking properly, or how to play each map, or the fact that each map does actually play pretty differently, etc. Or even the ability to acknowledge whether or not your comp is good for the map's objective, and instead capitalizing elsewhere when the objective isn't an option for your team.

Yes, they reduced her baseline AA, they also did a general nerf to focused attack so you don't pick that up anymore on her. On Tyrande you mostly go owl build, her damage is too low to really go AA tyrande. Yes they got rid of talent diversity on her, you still take overflowing light because her healing is so low before that unless you aren't the solo healer, shadowstalk is about a 700 heal over 8 seconds at 20 and that's more of a gank/escape tool than an actual heal, but starfall is just so bad there is no reason to take it.

I was wrong about the aa, I looked back and saw they did reduce it, but it was a really small nerf. Not much of anything, really. Also, good Tyrandes never took FA even before the nerf. If you wanted to go damage tyrande you took searing attacks, not FA. AA Tyrande was always bad. The nerfs didn't change that. Overflowing light isn't as necessary now because they buffed her base heal and reduced the overflowing light heal. I'm pretty sure they also nerfed shadowstalk, but starfall is still worse than it, true.

She had much more talent diversity at all levels of play prior to her nerfs. AA tyrande was even played in tournaments because she had pretty decent damage, and you saw many different builds, even at level 1. A baseline nerf to her AA did get rid of that build, you generally only have 2 talent options at each level now.

Nerfing her damage made it so now she is pigeonholed into an owl spamming healer, instead of a damage support. While she still does okay damage for a support her damage talents are a weak pick. Her talent diversity has been greatly reduced where you would see much higher pickrates at each level, you now only really take 1 or 2.
