He usually plays a lot more, and we're in exam time right now. Having a good raidleader/guildleader who's not on every day (due to a good reason may I note) is much better than having a guild leader that doesn't log on for 7 days.

Plus Asscobra actually allows memeing during raiding whilst some other raidleaders do not, which makes the raids a lot more bearable than having to sit through several hours of silence and serious time.
