This White Day thing wasn't actually an event, but rather a gatcha. Which is why another event can happen without it being an interruption. The fact that there are multiple gatchas in the game to roll also shows they can't bother each other.

You boosted your servant up to fight Lu Bu in Extra, Ishkandar was boosted in Zero, Mordred was boosted in Apocrypha, etc. This doesn't need to be a huge conversation, but you are wrong, we've seen them boosted. If you tell a servant to complete one action with a command spell, like "Jump", then their power is far beyond what it is normally in that moment as they complete it. You can tell them "Hit this person with all your power", and they are boosted for this one hit. Single action command spells are the strongest way to use them rather than broad range commands. Just giving them a bit more power wouldn't accomplish any of that.

UBW Shirou only has a superficial understanding of Saber. Saber still feels the weight of her actions. You can say that is the least human Shirou because only has Archer to draw example with who is a machine to start with.
However, in Fate route, Shirou shows his human side. The basement scene, his longing and retardness and desire to be with Saber which makes him act silly in general. It's a story of two people who 'needed each other from the heart', because only bonding together they can fix what was wrong with them.
