For RCV you will need to pair with AFreyr, it gets tanky AS FUCK.
Otherwise, you can faceroll most regular dungeons because Raoh blows everything up with orbchangers and making one or two rows, can also make prongs to deal with trash floors while you reserve orbs. The 50k+ HP with Raoh-Raoh gives some breathing space even if you have low RCV. On the special level up dungeons is where he excels. Pretty good for C9~10 too.
