I was thinking of making a Beast Cutter build that could do ok in PVP. My idea was I space hit with well spaced whip attacks and then when they try to run away and heal I finish them off with a gatling gun or Blunderbuss. I would organize my stats like this

This way, you can use Ludwig's Holy Blade, Holy Moonlight Greatsword and Whirligig Saw if you choose to.
Ludwig's is actually great for Arcane users since it has A Scaling if I remember correctly. Whirligig is OP as fuck. And considering it's a Serrated weapon in it's transformed state, makes it great for killing beasts with Fire Gems. And Holy Moonlight Greatsword is just a pretty weapon.

Amy Arm and Based Cutter are pretty fun to use in unison.

Neither are top tier. But I feel like they're some of the more better designed weapons.
Beast Cutter is easy to parry in it's transformed state. But it gives you some extreme range for a Strength weapon. And I love having a huge as fuck whip with that crazy amount of stagger.
And Amy Arm has some crazy movesets. The Charged R2 then R2 again ALWAYS tricks people into running into a 600 DMG hit. And that Transformed Mode R2 double hit flail thing is just as good.

It's too bad that they're both pretty average in comparison to Kirks Raw DMG or Whirligig's Blatant overpowered bullshit.
Still -- I can't handle using any other STR weapons over them. They're just too fun to give up.

I hope DaS 3 gives us some whips similar to Bloodborne. Specifically a big, hefty str one. And a Weird Alien Arm thing.

Should I bump my Vit to 47, Skill to 47, or split my last two levels from bl98 to Vit 46 Skill 46?
