I've only recently started paying attention to this game again, but if/when it comes out all Ireally want is a ship for forcefully penetrating/boarding other ships/stations (Derelict or active.)

I assume it would need some decent armaments, room for the people, decent speed/armor and I guess sensor equipment to actually find them.

The Cutlass seemed like a good choice but is getting redone. Do you think it would still be viable, what other ships might work?

Frigates in SC are not boarding craft you tard. It's basically a mini carrier that can hold 3 ships, has an STS turret, some regular turrets, and missile turrets. I can't imagine how you would possible board another ship with the Idris.
