>Asgore realized at some point that Chara poisoned themselves because their symptoms matched what he went through when he was poisoned which is in part why he put the kill order up.
>It was Toriel's idea to adopt Chara, Asgore went along with it despite still having reservations about trusting humans after the war.
>Saving and Loading is only possible inside the Underground and around Mt.Ebbot due to natural monster magic and human magic from the barrier mixing, allowing things that shouldn't be possible to happen, including human souls sticking around a lot longer then they should be able too (hence chara being a thing). A few months after true Pacifist and the barrier breaking, Frisks loses the ability to reset.
>Chara was there the entire time and is the one who resets the timeline after a true pacifist run, if you never reset then Chara redeemed herself and moved on.
>Flowey kills himself after talking to the player post TP because even though he couldn't SAVE and LOAD anymore he was scared he would go back to not caring about anything.

I'll give you a no BS warning: If you don't do pacifist on your first time through you'll have to start a new run and do pacifist in a second run to get the "true" ending. Additionally, the meat of the game is the same in a neutral run and a pacifist run.

That being said, if you don't mind that I'd recommend you playing exactly how you want, non-pacifist neutral can be a unique experience in and of itself, some cutscenes are actually changed or added in those runs, NPC dialogue universally changes based on what you do and you get a unique ending based on your choices.

Just don't do genocide until after you've done the True Pacifist route.

Any non-Genocide narration is at the benefit of Frisk since Chara only takes over for Genocide. This is also another reason why Genocide is best played after True Pacifist so you don't get confused and can understand Chara's true thoughts after you've learned about them at the end of True Pacifist

At least that's how I think it works, Genocide is more of just bonus content after you're done with the game

I know for instance a level 1 human child can defeat the king of their world, a veteran warrior, in single combat armed with nothing but a stick.
