In terms of NP, there are so many better Buster NP in the 5* pool it's not even funny.

Max NP with "welfare" servants is actually pretty important, so far we haven't seen a single sign that any of the free 4* will get interlude NP upgrade which means that at NP 5 they are forever stuck at 500 attack multiplier (when it comes to Nobu's buster aoe np at least) so that means that anyone with NP upgrade will be on the same level with just NP2 and still with the possibility of getting even higher. The unit itself is still very much usable though, just that there will be better options available.
