The game would definitely be worth 4800 yen to me given the entertainment I've gotten out of it. But I can keep playing the game for free, so it's really about whether I want another 5* servant. And it's really hard to see how I'd get enough entertainment out of a 5* servant to be worth that price.

If anything, having another 5* will just mean I have to grind more to max it out, while getting less time to level up event servants, who are the ones I'll get forced to use during the actual challenging content.

PaD has tons of 5* gods, so it's easy to get one. Problem is, among those, some of them are total shit, some of them are shit unless you got a bunch of other REM-exclusives that synergize with them, and only a tiny portion of them will actually help you clear hard dungeons (but won't be enough by themselves to clear the hardest dungeons).

In FGO, if you manage to pull even a single 5* (except maybe Orion) through rerolling, it will help you clear stuff. But you don't even need that, because you can do just fine with event servants and 3*s.

If you meant that you have to spent all of your free quartz before you can spent paid, they are different. Free quartz is used first when you refill AP, or revive. Paid gacha will use only paid quartz from the start.
