Does Cities Skylines have some sort of dual highway tool?

is there a convenient mod pack around to build an authentic japanese city? for either SC4 or cities: skylines?
including everything like residential zones, commercial zones, infrastucture buildings, roads, overhead cables, elevated train tracks, trains, double-decker highways, canals, flood walls and so on? i know the mods are out there but it seems like complete collections are either non-existant or full of trash which causes the game to crash

I tried Skylines, but the game is extremely forgiving. I gave zero fuck aside from keeping industry and powerplants away from houses and people were still tweeting about living in paradise?

Yeah you hit the nail on the head here, now I understand more about why the aesthetic/art style and scale of C:S is so off-putting to me.

I guess I'll pirate Cities XXL and give that a go if I want more realistic colors and scales and buildings. And all those glorious modern looking shiny towers.

Hi friends, is there a mod that forces things to be bridged or stay leveled when going over some dip in the terrain? Trying to make a simple overpass look nice and I can't cause it raises the land when I don't want it to.

Most of the bad rep comes from Anno 2070's shit Unisoft always online nonsense. That and it's a game about maximizing supply chains first and city building second. I like it thought.

I found my PC disks for Sim City 4 but a friend also gifted me Cities Skylines. And apparently there are even more fucking games somehow.
