Protip on Izanami: First 3 turns, Elec Break+Rakunda+Everyone magic mirrored. She will always Mind Charge+Maziodyne at the start of the fight, and if you can reflect it back at her, that's half the fight. Due to how her pattern works, she'll spend the second half of her turn using Summons to Yomi, meaning no one will be harmed. Congrats, you're now almost there!

If the game says that you might want to save, you might want to save, champ.
Hard just increases the damage and durability of the enemies, it doesn't as far as I know make them smarter or give them extra abilities. Could be wrong, though. Give it a shot if you're into that sort of thing.
Very hard is just dumb, though. It takes hard and then decreases the amount of exp/money you get, that's it. I wouldn't bother with it.

Go either Normal or Easy. Hard doesn't change much. With Easy you will have more time for other things.
