In what sense? If it's story-wise, I would not advise doing it. People would instantly recognize it and draw parallels that may or may not be there, and ultimately leave a blemish on your reputation. Any time you'd try to make a game in the future, people would think "didn't that guy make that shitty Undertale ripoff?"
If it's humor-wise, just say it's inspired by Earthbound and people will start throwing cash your way.

If your game's story is similar to Undertale, I would suggest taking a step back and thinking about developing your characters and setting a little more. In due time, something infinitely more original will come to you.

It's less about being low functioning, and more about pushing all the right 'buttons' to get the (usually a sympathetic social worker) to put you down for the low level of financial assistance.

The 'low level' is pretty significant. I'd feel bad, but considering many tens of thousands of other people scam much more out of the government through benefit fraud, fuck it.

What helped was that the state uses a company to organize a lot of their disability-specific social welfare, when I went in for a meeting/assessment i was verbally abused by staff members who were reported by multiple people (including a woman who could barely walk due to fibrous growths in her joints) for turning people away and generally being cunts.

I wasn't upset by it, but the local government sure fucking was so I'm pretty sure all those people got some level of assistance in order to disencourage legal action.

That being said he'd probably kill a lot of monsters, Witchers generally are much more 'fight first, ask questions later' than even the most merciful depiction of Geralt.

He'd probably respect someone like Undyne as a fighter but would ultimately fight to the death above fleeing. He probably would hold back with Papyrus and would be more than willing to spare him.
