This thread is too nice to itself and to each other and that makes me very uncomfortable. People rarely get called out for what would normally have a poster get eaten alive on other threads. It's disappointing that in newer HM/RF games you can't marry the same gender or at least do the best friend system thing like DS cute did anyone remember that?

To cheese the system requires knowing the two dice rolls of the event system. The first is the dice roll that determines which day is an event. The second is a dice roll that determines what the event is.

The day of an event is determined a week or two in advance, which means you once you find an event day, you can be sure that day will be an event every time you wake up on it. The dice roll to decide WHICH event happens that day occurs when you wake up. You can exploit these two facts.

1. Save every night before going to sleep.
1a. Optional, but makes things easier: Have Amber and Dylas in your party after saving and before going to sleep.
2. Eventually you'll have a day where an event gets triggered.
3. Reset the game (L+R+Start) and load the save from the night before.
4. Go to sleep and check what event was triggered that day. You're looking for an event called Memories. Amber and Dylas will both leave your party when you wake up if the Memories event is triggered. They go to Amber's house.

You have to repeat step 3 and 4 over and over again until you get lucky and you land on the right event. There's a lot of events in the game so it could take a few minutes or it could take a couple hours. It's really tedious but it's the best way of forcing the event to trigger as far as I know.
