From what i can gather, its hard to stop you farming once you get shiv. you can also push your lane ridiculously fast. if you are expecting a gank, keep your E as an escape mechanic over walls.
the whole point of it is to attract attention to your lane, giving the others an easier time. since tryndamere has a godly 2v1 capability.

Depends on what you actually play - you got really nice powerspike on level 2 (yeah, really) so you usually can trade vs many champs, get them low and start controling lane. If something got bad outpush - push it to the limit. You will get some hits, but it's worth it.
If your mana ends - just go back, you can't do shit.
If you got rekt - go past 2nd turret and outscale enemy toplaner.
Be aware you can AA somebody while you Flinging him (like E+AA instant).
