Depends on the server, MT has a fair amount of activity.
I wouldnt recommended feeding, EME lets people get away with all kinds of shit but feed in alliance and you'll get into trouble, i've seen people get permabanned for it real fast.
Players will get mad and leave you out of raids and purposely drag out conflict so they can farm kills on the opposing faction in their fort to kick you out of ranks. Stuff like that.
You dont even need to actually feed anyway, its easy to get naturally if you're competent at pvp and have gear. All it is is a matter of time spent, the better and more efficient you are the less time you have to spend.
So far i've been either assault commander or exarch every week for six months just by killing people for fun, up until i stopped doing alliance

People who want to do end game content know that MT has the best players and higher amounts of skilled players. As evidenced by higher crusade scores and more people listed under crusades when new content is released. On top of PVP servers objectively having more stuff to do, like flipping on outlaw and killing an annoying BR trying to steal your monster spawns. Dealing with a rare ganker for your first 20 levels is nothing compared to how much time you'll spend after it.
