I actually started making my own dream porn game once. Created the character of my waifu in Poser, exported the whole thing as .fbx model file and imported into Unreal Engine 4. It actually looked reasonably good thanks to UE4's skin shaders. Even managed to get some morphs (facial expressions, breast size) and animations working too and made some simple UI scripts that let you add or remove clothes real time and make her change her pose. My greatest achievement was putting a chest expansion morph on an infinite loop on a sinus wave, which simulated breathing.

It was a lot of work, though, so I never made it further than that. Scripting can be way harder than you expect it at first, took like 2 days just to make her look into the camera, and if she gets on the ground and her head is rotated the whole calculation breaks, and it involves vectors for the camera position, head rotation, eye rotation and so on. I suck at geometry and never managed to solve that. Spent about 3 weeks on the project, and would probably take ages to implement anything like a simple AI script to make her react to you and such.

I am just in Chapter 4 or 5 and Yuela has been a fucking killing machine the whole time. The only reason I have seen to use the other main characters is to soak damage, heal (extremely stupid when a potion heals more and doesn't waste a turn) or kill enemies with high physical defense, though any of these things is rare since most enemies are dead in the next turn.
