Not really sure which scene in particular you're talking about, but this is the only one I remember that was notably changed. It just removed her referring to Kamui as "her brother" and just said "HE'S MINE".
Sounds even more possessive and "all over him" if you ask me.

If anything, I think they'll just remove some more instances of her referring to Kamui as her sibling, just to make things seem less incesty.

You dont need to buy anything. Any firmware lower than 9.2 and you can fuck around with it and pirate for free,its also really easy to set up as long as you can read instructions. Note that if you do go out and buy an older 3DS that you should pick up a larger SD card since their 4gig defaults are damn useless for piracy. Mitama starts as a Priestess and was autoleveled as one, so her Strength will generally be bad unless she is recruited very early (which is impossible outside IK).
Not only that, but Asama doesn't give her a single good physical class, so she needs to get one from elsewhere (usually Lancer from Oboro or Shinonome, or a Dread Fighter Scroll or something).

Velour is without a doubt better than her, at least until you consider minmaxed PvP teams where everyone's stats are capped.

Have you even played IK? it's very strict with the units you can bring most of the time.

You get Wolf boy in chapter 13. He's doing peanuts for that chapter since it's just fly Kamui to the boss and kill him.

14 is rout so he'll probably see some action since it's rout. He'll probably get a C rank by the end of it.

He's not getting deployed in chapter 15 due to the very strict unit limit.

He can be used for chapter 16, but he'll be underleveled due to being on the bench the previous chapter. C rank still.

Chapter 17 is the same as 15.

Now you make the jump the Touma where difficulty creep suddenly bites your dick and all the enemies are promoted. Flannel is noticeably underleveled due to being used in only 2 out of the 5 chapters he's been available for and only has a C rank with a waifu (B if you're lucky). On top of all that the first 4 chapters in Touma have a very strict deployment limit, so the chances of him getting off the bench are extremely slim.

Yes, Julia can marry anyone but she lacks passive LP gains. The only way for her to pair up with someone is to get +5 LP by being adjacent, so it takes 100 turns to pair anyone other than Seliph with her.

If there's no talk option, they are not recruitable.
