It could be totally legit and unbiased and sourced equally well from test/goons/pl/nc. and with all the money going to the author, or it could be very biased and the money mismanaged - no one can say because all of that's in the future. In any case, TMC media is certainly repping the book+kickstarter very hard because whether or not it goes through, it's still hits on their site and money in their pockets because they are the driving force behind it.

And on another angle, there is the school of thought that says mittens+co are seeing the decline of eve and have decided "to hell with running a healthy, functional and active alliance; it's time to cash out" and every action taken since (and including) the rebranding to "the imperium" have been steps designed for maximum profile and profit with no regard to long term consquences (because the assumption is that the end is near anyway so who cares).

It has CCP's permission (for now), and it may get a lot of people to trial EVE, but the retention of those new players will have nothing to do with the book and everything to do with their experience versus expectation during the trial.
If the book (which I doubt will be free) makes the game seem like something it isn't, you can be sure that CCP won't see any revenue from many of the readers.

I just listed the reasons why 3 mids is bad, it limits your fitting diversity which means your fits are extremely predictable. Since you have bad capacitor problems you're always forced to run 3 things, prop, point, and cap booster, you can't run anything else like a prop, point, and web, because you'll run out of capacitor because it can't sustain itself.

rokh has tons of abilities, due to the optimal range bonus, heavy sniper rokhs are amazing at clobbering shit from over 200km away should you fit it that way. While not nearly as popular as other battleships its far better than a ship that can't move and can't project any of its DPS. The rokh's primary advantage comes from that amazing ability to project over hundreds of kilometers effortlessly regardless of railguns shit tracking.

More info; shield ancillary booster boosts the same amount of shield with or without cap booster loaded, the difference is with a cap booster loaded you won't use any cap, and the shield ancillary booster is very cap hungry so its generally very bad to use without boosters loaded.

The armor ancillary uses nanite, without nanite loaded it will use the same amount of cap as the regular armor repairers of its same size and will repair a little less than the meta 0.
What you get from having the nanite loaded is somewhere around 2x the repair amount the T2 repairer does, but it will still use the same cap.
This allows you to keep using the armor ancillary even after you are out of nanites and why you should turn the auto reload off, while with the shield booster you never really want to use it or your cap will get fucked even with a single use without boosters loaded.

When it comes to cap recharges the size of the cap boosters does matter, you generally want bigger boosters for the maximum amount of cap in the least amount of time, few exceptions exist, for example when fighting bigger ships than yours that will be able to neut you dry in a single cycle, by having more smaller charges you will be able to time your cap recharges with his neuting cycles and keep your hardeners/reps cycling.
