Well for one only with Crimson Ingle Isle has those flaming archs. Then the hot air attack, which is aimed better than White's charged shot and if it gets you you never know what happens, sometimes nothing, sometimes it knocks you on your ass, something it knocks you on your ass doing monstruous damage, etc. It can burn you extremely easily and unlike the other two getting stunned isn't rare.

So i'm going back to play MH3U.
I played it before 4U but I had no idea what I was doing with armor skills or anything. Now i'm much more educated, of course.
My question is, how are all the weapons different in 3U compared to 4U? I play every weapon, so lay everything I need to know on me.

Gunlance is gained and lost a few things from 3U to 4U. If I remember correctly the upward jab is stronger in 3U, but you can't boost your shelling power with the Artillery skill, so you'll be doing less of that and more poking.

They've lowered the degree of hitstun and the amount of blood you dispense on attacks, so everything feels a little weak.

literally all you need to know is how skills work, how weapons work, and how to not die to everything and you're golden. First is just bothering to look at the UI, second is about 3 hunts with your weapon, third can be learned on the fly by playing cautiously.

You can also hit them without Drive when its Apex.

They need to give me a reason to confront them for besides being the objective of a key quest. An enjoyable fight, for example.
The most memorable things about gen 4 monsters' fights are that they constantly back up and do some shit that doesn't involve them coming back (speaking of which, hey, I totally forgot about Gore Magala) into your attack range again, doing attacks that hardly even seem to be aimed at you and just generally a fight that doesn't involve much besides chasing, occasionally strafing and blindly hitting.

Ironically enough, those monsters using the same skeleton are a lot more memorable. Tigrex, for example, doesn't fucking leave you alone with its wide head-on attacks, and you really need to choose your openings wisely.
Narga and Barioth may do lots of backing up and jumping around, but they also pinball back into your face immediately, and change up their patterns, unlike fourth gen monsters.

For one, his sharpness lasts the whole hunt without any stones, which is obviously impossible with his natural purple relic that he's supposed to have from the start of the video (though he's not actually using that one, there's a cut in the black screen after he starts the quest).
That alone would be enough evidence but people might say it's the only thing he's cheating on or that it isn't certain that's cheating, so unfortunately for him, him being the idiotic cheater he is, he didn't simply cancel out of every reward box at the end. Look at the stats of the GS he's showing at the end of the video. He has Sharpness+1 and Critical God.
This is why he pretty much never shows his stats page during or at the end of a quest, only in the elder hall where he can cut the video into a run with his cheated relic and charm.
