If he's dumb, he will close gap and get in range of your E, setting him up for your full combo. If he's smart, he will keep his distance and surround himself in turrets like a bitch. In that case you just poke him with your W and slowly whittle away his health. The problem with Ribbon is that she has mobility, burst and CC. Any two of those is fine but keeping all three is impossible to balance.

Rivens CC may look small on paper but considering how much damage she can do in a short amount of time it's absolutely huge. It's the main thing keeping her from being fun to play against.

Thresh has the combination of a blitzcrank hook and an amumu bandage with the downsides of neither. He doesn't need a long range Tahm Kench W and decent poke. Give a new/reworked champion his old E passive for people who like the playstyle, and maybe lower the cd if he actually lands a hook to compensate so he's more like a big spooky ghost that it's impossible to escape from than a better version of Blitzcrank.

Don't spam W, only take shots with it when you know you can nail him. Force him to use his pots. Brand can survive without a mana item if you ration his skills well enough, but its easy to go oom if you spam needlessly. Don't farm with your abilities, just last hit and you should be able to sustain yourself in lane and make him use his pots while you stay safe. Heimer is going to push you under turret if you play like this, but that's what the donger does. He pushes lane. Focus on getting your CS and punish him for coming in range of your W, make him waste all his pots, then hit him with your ult while he hides in his turrets.

I usually build Nashor's on Teemo, but I don't rush it. I get it as a 4th item often, sometimes 3rd if I'm really ahead and they aren't building any MR like retards. Always get haunting guise first, then sorc boots, then either finish liandry's or start void staff. You need mpen on Teemo. Nashor's synergizes with his kit well but without high mpen you're not going to shred people.

The idea of a Jungler is that they can survive the jungle as well as gank. Reasons why pretty much all Junglers have a way to stay in the Jungle (WW has lifesteal, Kha has his W, Elise has her passive, Nunu has his Q) and if they don't have that they're tanky enough where it doesn't matter. She can't survive jungle and her cooldowns are ridiculous. I have to build Glacial Shroud first item almost every game if I want my ult to be less than 2 minutes. At this point Sejuani doesn't even feel like a jungler, but she can't solo any lane and wouldn't be a good support. Seriously what the fuck is this champ I'm playing? I remember I went Sejuani mid last season when Katarina was more popular and would build full AP. I feel like that meme build would be better than tank at this point.
