Using the ninja perk and at rank 1 it states melee attacks now do 4x damage, but the HUD message says 3.5x, and at rank 2 the perk states 5x but the HUD message says 4x. Is this a bug in the damage not being applied correctly, in the messages, or is it working as intended and the HUD message isn't accounting the default damage?
