You're sick of not being able to adjust your entire character? Paying those 115 caps? Fucking through a loading screen? Talking to TWO npcs? Fuck yes you are.

Use the console command "sexchange" to change your gender.

Using the console command "showlooksmenu player" accesses the character creation. Adjust your body first, that'll force the camera into the default creation view, good times.

Eye bug when changing character? Just switch the eyes around a few times and jump about in menus, it'll fix itself.

Camera fucked afterwards? Just scroll into first person, job done!

romance isn't really a huge part of the game. in bioware games it's much more social I'd guess you say, you interact way more with your companions too. I almost get the feeling romance is put in these games because it's pretty much expected of an rpg like this now. SO it's there, but not really a focus for bethesda.

Finally figured out what to do with all my extra sets power armor. Unfortunately there's no way of turning the lights upside-down as far as I'm aware, nor can you suspend 2 hanging lights from the same point. Still, dicklights.

I think one of the main issues is that I think there is basically one way to be "good" at this game. Stealth, headshots with rifles in vats. I mean not much else really matters. Crazy ammo efficiency, crazy durability in even the shitty raider power armor. It just feels...I don't know.

I think ram helps.
I've seen the game use at least like 5gb already, its like gta5 where the longer you play the more stuff is stored.
But I have a gsync monitor so that may be why I dont have stutters, I regularly check for fps though, with a gtx 670 I'm at capped 72 fps in interiors, around 55-60 fps when not much stuff is happening, more often at 45.
I also have 16gb ram so that might help also.
It probably wont be better when the 3 DLCs will be out there.

Opinion on the character creation system of this game, fog ?
I find it too simplistic (not a lot of face parts to modify, no visible sliders), but strangely efficient. I haven't seen a female character that looks like mine (pic related), and I have seen like 30-40 characters from either here or Tumblr or maybe I just suck at distinguishing faces.

Yeah and I'd argue that they kinda made the game under the assumption you'd be wearing power armour most of the time. Even with decent regular armour on you take extremely heavy damage from some mob types. That's especially true when you play on the higher difficulties. Some enemies are difficult to impossible to take on without going full witcher mode and prepping chem types, attack plans and methods to cheese it.

I mean just recently, I fought the mirelurk queen, not possible 1v1 with power armour at my level. not at all and that was on hard mode.

Jesus Christ, I was enjoying the game so much despite the bugs and then Trinity Tower fucked my shit up. I recruited Strong and sent Cait to another settlement, only to find her still in the tower three days later pointing her shotgun to the floor because a fucking mutant was still alive somewhere on the lower floor. I killed the mutant using the elevator thing, came back, she disappeared. Then I checked the drive in (where I sent her previously) and she wasn't three. Back to the tower, found her in the lower floor sitting in mid fucking air. In the process of recruiting her back I also lost Strong with a Fatman and 4 nukes somewhere in the tower.
