If E isn't enough to drop the enemy to 50% by itself you can do nothing as the enemy tank just sits on you and facefucks you, your W does nothing and R will bleed you out of mana faster than you can imagine

Kog's ult literally went from one of the best poking skills in the game to perhaps the absolute worst in a single patch

Mana Regen mostly. Going Machete makes you significantly less flexible in terms of start and wasn't significantly faster in my brief testing. Hate spike pretty much guarantees 100% uptime on the Talisman proc. You can go machete though if you really want too, E has some synergy with it. The real key is 0/18/12 for the regen masteries and tough skin though. It makes a huge difference.

You still want Runeglaive but after that Rylai's Rageblade, and Gunblade are all excellent on her. I'm not sure what the optimal build it though since you want to get tank eventually. I'm leaning towards Runeglaive, Gunblade, Rageblade as the way to go until they nerf Rageblade.

I can play as pretty much any champ in top/mid/jung and while I'll have a bad game here and there where I'll be 2/4/4 or some shit, it's never truly mind-blowingly bad.

Then I pick an ADC or support, any one, in any matchup, and I basically force feed the enemy team. I can't figure out why.

It's mostly for bug testing not balance testing. It gives them more man hours than they can do internally on the two week release cycle to catch possible broken interactions, graphical glitches or other stuff like that. Blance adjustments generally only happen when something is REALLY crazy, like PBE tahm Kench. Graves and such are OP, but at a 55%ish winrate at worst not so much so that they'd trust the PBE results particularly when so much shit was changing. Note for example that everyone thought Kog was super OP at first on PBE and they actually nerfed him, as a result he's too weak on live and they're having to buff him back up.

Okay, so I was wondering what could either help to counter a Baron buff or make it even stronger, and I was thinking about how red and blue buff kind of only apply to one champion.

Well, what if after a certain point in the game, something new spawns at red and blue, sort of like when Baron spawns where the Rift Herald used to be

Basically, the buff gets stronger and can either go to every teammate after killing the buff or just go to all those who assisted in taking the buff.

I think this would be a really cool way to counter late game Barons and give extra objectives for your team to focus late game when you can't fight baron.

Like, let's say you know the other team's getting baron, so while they do that, mid and bot lane go take Red Buff 2.0 while top lane and jungle go take Blue Buff 2.0, giving your entire team some sort of equalizer for the incoming teamfight/push.

If anything, how fast-paced the game is and how fast people die just makes game-play more reaction-based than strategic. I've also noticed since this season started that more people just give no shits about positioning, nor do they try to build defensively if they're getting rolled. Everyone just selects a DPS champ, stacks damage, and plays LoL like a battle royale or some shit.

Riot should not listen to ADC players. Their role is the only one that's been consistently played in every season, even when they've been considered "weak." However, when they're strong they push champions out from other roles/lanes. Then as a consequence assassins/melee carries get out of hand. It may be "boring" and most people don't like watching it, but when tanks are strong and thriving a lot more of the roster is viable in all roles. Tanks help keep everyone else in check. I like 10 flat cdr from runes at the moment with scaling health yellows, mpen reds and the rest ap. I typically leave my jg item at this second stage simply because neither cinder or glaive are amazing on her. I go straight into either rylais or abyssal. Abyssal is a massive early power spike. Also dont build liandys. Guise is fine but dont build liandrys. she's my main with 200k mastery points for what thats worth
