It's just the numeral form of cropping and resizing i use with pro recorded vids. So instead of always manually doing those things all you have to do now is trim the vid and you can paste that in advanced, you can also preview your vid there.(in the processing tab)

400 bitrate is lowest for 360 resolution i would go if i absolutely need to but i don't touch it most of the time. Tricks like speeding up the vid and setting a 3mb size limit also help.
