Whatever you do I suggest you do the opposite of trying to power level and get to "endgame" because that's where it sucks.

The way I do it is my DK is a machine of war, he does the tasks and the missions no other soldier would want to do, suicide missions basically. I cover it with him wanting to die completely as the memories of being a strong noble Paladin haunt him.

Play my DK as a bounty hunter of sorts, hunting criminals that are too dangerous to the Alliance and are wanted dead only, meaning he can satisfy his addiction to causing pain while still helping out. From my experience people don't read the kick box. When this happens to me when I'm on a healer or dps I initiate a kick on the one raging idiot first and when the box pops up they get kicked. I remember afking in LFR while playing the Overwatch beta. We wiped on iskar and some hunter was raging to kick people for low dps so I initiated the kick on him first. The people he was calling to get kicked must have done the same and the guy raging was removed. He was so ass mad he made an alt on my server to whisper me racial slurs so I reported him for racist hate speech while pretending to be a deeply hurt african american that was emotionally distressed immensely by his words.

People on other servers are all business and just want to get to max level so they can raid and pvp or whatever. On RP servers people chat way more and are way friendlier. You're not going to get the full MMO experience if you play on a non-RP server because everybody on those servers have been playing for years and are all entrenched in their own little guilds. Nobody will want to talk to you if you're a new player on those servers. While on an RP server, playing the actual game is second to socializing. But you will still get a lot of people wanting to play the game as well, just saying the socializing bit is critical in WoW and it's nonexistant in non-RP servers.

I wouldn't worry about either in the least because it requires minimal effort and just some time and money. money making and leveling, on the other hand, takes a lot longer. Came back to WoD at the insistence of the person I'm playing with currently, and we do nothing but queue for 2s for 90 minutes or so most nights and hate our classes/generally don't know what's going on with these awful new classes (monk) and mechanics.

so apparently if you drop a hit you're about to commit suicide because of a grind the blizzard support tickets get answer within the hour. Just made a ticket about archaeology and got a response way faster than anything in my life lol.

Frost is not fun to play any longer, not that it was that interesting in BC. You spam rotate three CCs on cooldown in a single relevant comp (RMD), and then hope that RNG is kind to you for maximum stored damage on a kill swap (if you can even manage versus a turbo team that's played for more than twenty minutes). Fire at least is somewhat exciting to play due to BIG CRITZ. Shame that it's not a tier one spec due to not being in the tier 1 comp meta.

As for the raiding bit, I used to raid in a top 50 world guild in vanilla which broke into several top 20 world guilds at the end of vanilla/beginning of BC. I'm no stranger to top tier progression, especially coming from a very high end guild in EQ as well.

I'm a 723 equipped Blood DK and I brought in two dps and a god mode healer in an attempt to carry my friend to AOTC.
I only got people with AOTC and made sure they were 710+ with several kills. None of them really knew the mechanics and me and my friend we were carrying had to say every fucking mechanic over vent.
