Gives enough skill boosts to have a max skilled ROdin up once you hit the third floor. Just make sure your Ares has a 12-13 turn cooldown.
Ares' skill wrecks stage 1, poison stage 2 and 3, and then use YT and ALeilan to kill the twinlits. Could probably use ShivaDra instead but then your ROdin would need to be max skilled.

I rolled 19 times in the last PCGF. Looking back it only looks like 11 of those monsters survived the MO culling.
