Nepgear was supposed to be the "down-to-earth" neighborhood girl that acts like your little sister.
It's not a bad personality, but it just doesn't work in the Neptunia series.
The other characters' traits are as flat as a cutting board as well, but for some reason, it's not as bland as Nepgear.
Except for Uni, I guess.
Uni is a carbon copy of her sister in both design and personality, if you give Noire issues of being unable to please her parents no matter how hard she tries.
Aside from her love of guns, which is her only defining trait, just like Nepgear's love of mechs.
They did try to flesh her out in RB3 because of Tekken's masochistic "training", but that immediately fell.
How they made Nepgear and Uni this generic just perplexes me.And this is coming from a person who has Nepgear as the character in the Neptunia phone App.

Interface bugs such as stuck on terminal if you are not on borderless mode and whatnot, which I've seen time and time again in FO3, New Vegas and in Skyrim.
I intend to buy this game, and I've been reading on the bug reports cause I am one of those unfortunate mofo who's using an AMD card and I am to drive it at 3440x1440, which fucks up royally cause it's not 16:9! I am seriously butthurt right now. My toaster's a i7 2600k @4.5GHz and the card's a HD 7970, the same as R9 280x. Playing it at 3440x1440 on my $1000 display that is running at 80Hz require editing Fallout4Prefs.ini, which is the same shit as what I have to go through to play all prior Gamebryo games.
That's right! It's 2015, and the same still has problem dealing with displays that aren't 16:9 or 16:10. What the fuck.

I am not done. The HUD is stretched if I do that. My choice is to either have black bars on both ends of my screen as I switch to 2560x1440, or to live with stretched out HUD. At least that's better than Skyrim where it's stretching 16:9 to 21:9.

He then does so, then the closest thing to a God in the series shows up He goes 'Maybe that was a bad idea.' God sends him back to when he first got mind controlled, says 'Okay' AGAIN and THEN realizes 'Oh wait your not my mom.' and fights the Sword and then has to get saved by his sister.

How much grind do I need to do compared to RB1?
Since I think I didn't grind that much on RB1 and still steamrolled most of the mainstory. Though I got rekt sometimes from tough monsters.
I regretted myself on activating super EXP on RB2. Didn't enjoy the game as much as RB1 thanks to it. Or it could be RB2 is shit to begin with.
Anyway. I decided to turned it off super EXP and play like without any DLC activated on this one. The only one I will probably take is probably stella insurance. That shit is annoying as fuck without it.
