The problem is finding compatible people of the same skill level. When a game bleeds as much as this one does, players pick the guilds that got on their feet right away. So you get great 10man guilds that either didn't recruit fast enough or merged with people they just did not get along with. So you recruit what you can get, then you get guildies that were already raiding doing top 10-20 parses with the other half pulling >900. Then you pull in assholes on your level, but they're assholes and it's easier to just soak up what content you like then quit rather than raid.

Your attitude towards this is actually keeping even your guild from getting better players. Think about it.

We personally always bring 3 to Xhul and 2 to Manno

Shamans have actually nothing

Shadow Priests have VE, the strongest DPS CD healer CD in game
DK's have mass grip & brez
Rogues have best soaking
Warlocks have teleport gates, strongest passive defence and brez
Hunters have ability to move, good soaking and god tier add swapping ability
Warriors have Rallying Cry & Vigi
Paladins have Sac, BoP (Potenitally two) and god-tier on demand burst
Druids have Savage Roar, brez and Vigil

What do Shamans bring? Just AG, which is the same as Vigil

Shamans are god tier for Dungeons because their totems can do some many different things, but the practicality just doesn't transfer to raids. Only fight DPS shamans are useful for is Xhul, and even then they're not required like rogues or DK's are.

Only other class that brings nothing to note is Mage, but Mages are god-tier anyway

bladestorm is the reason people take you to raids. make sure you're always enraged when using it, save berserker rage for it. if you bladestorm while not enraged, you may as well not have bothered.
